Experimental Analysis of Square Position on Variable Displacement Electrohydraulic Actuation System by Open Loop Control

Electrohydraulic actuation systems offer definative position control and an energy-efficient solution. Such are widely used in mobile machinery, robotics, various stationary systems. Achieving good of actuator the variable displacement electrohydraulic system by open loop is objective this study. For square (reference position) control, amplitude taken as 0.1 m, at 0.05, 0.15 0.25 Hertz frequency. Square accomplished with LabVIEW algorithm through application compact RIO controller having input output module. Appropriate voltage supply obtained, when response reference show appropiate accuracy. A higher Pearson’s correlation coefficient near to 1 lower Mean absolute error, deviation error standard represent best position. It observed that highest value achieved 0.05 frequency for R3. At a frequency, better lowest values errors.
